On The Day

When is the best time to arrive at the venue?

We don’t want you to miss out, so we strongly advise you arrive as close to the advertised door time as you can. There’s plenty to do inside Co-op Live before the event starts.

Should I turn up early to queue or camp outside?

For your own safety, we do not allow fans to arrive early to queue or camp outside. We ask that fans arrive no earlier than 09:00 on the day of the event, and as close to the doors open time as possible for safety reasons. We do not issue numbered wristbands for the purpose of reserving a space in the queue. You will be allowed into Co-op Live when the doors open. You will then enter in queue order.

How do I find out event timings?

We will always let you know when doors open for each individual event on the event page on our website and on the Co-op Live app. We will also always try to let you know showtimes, however these are not always available and can change at the last minute. We don’t want you to miss out, so please always arrive with plenty of time to get through ticket checks and security once doors are open. For safety reasons we do not share the end time. Curfew for main bowl evening events is 23:00 unless otherwise stated.

Can I crowd surf or mosh?

No. We want you to enjoy yourself, and we care about the safety and wellbeing of everyone at the event. Crowd surfing and moshing can lead to serious injury to you and fellow fans. Staff may ask you to leave the venue without a refund if you do crowd surf or mosh.

Can I stand up and dance at my seat?

Yes, we want you to have a good time and to enjoy yourself. That said, please be mindful of people around you, and don’t stand on seats or block walkways, stairways or aisles. To keep everyone safe, please don’t climb, crowd surf or mosh either. We love our fans, and we strongly encourage you to be considerate and look after each other.

What should I do if I need assistance whilst visiting?

We’re always here to help. If you have any questions or issues in the venue, please speak to one of our team at the Fan Information Points or around the venue. We’re often able to help in the moment and would strongly recommend you speak to somebody rather than raising the issue after the event. Although we love engaging with fans on social media, we can’t always deal with issues raised there at the right time.

How can I raise a concern about special effects, including strobe lighting?

Events are likely to include special effects including strobe and flashing lights, smoke, haze, and pyrotechnics. Any effects being used in the performance will be displayed at all entry points to Co-op Live and the seating bowl. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival should this be a cause for concern or contact us in advance for more information where possible.

What can I buy at Co-op Live?

We’ve made sure that Co-op Live is about more than the show. With a range of bars, restaurants and lounges, there’s plenty of food and drink available, plus official merchandise from the event. Co-op Live supports Challenge 25, so do bring ID with you to make sure you aren’t disappointed if you plan on drinking alcohol. Please be drink aware and look after yourself and those around you. Co-op Live is mostly a cashless venue, and we’ll only accept contactless or card payments, unless you are purchasing merchandise, where cash payments are allowed.

Allergies and Intolerance

Please be aware that all dishes are prepared in an environment that may contain nuts, seeds, gluten, or lactose and that all dishes may have some traces of these or other allergens. Full allergen information is available to guests upon request, please just ask a member of staff on the night.

Can I leave and return to the venue during an event?

No, readmission is not permitted at Co-op Live.

Can I meet the artist?

Unfortunately, we can’t make this happen, but some events include meet and greet packages as part of the ticket options. Do check this out when purchasing your tickets.

Can I bring my camera?

In most cases, you can use your phone to capture the action, but professional cameras, video recording or any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. There may be some occasions when the artist or event organiser asks fans to lock away their phones too. In that case, we will always let you know in advance on the event page and in the run-up to the event.

Do you accept Cash payments in the venue?

Co-op Live will accept cash for merchandise payments only. All other payments must be made by contactless or card only.
